This document develops the business plan of Marketplace Awana Place, which allows the introduction of fashion entrepreneurs located in Metropolitan Lima to the online market for the trade and furtherance of clothing, footwear, and accessories by providing a new experience in the delivery service in no longer than 48 hours. The target market includes small and mid-sized business (MYPE) in the sector of fashion (clothing, footwear, and accessories), which offer their products to consumers in the age range of 18 and 55 years old who seek to be up to the fashion trends, this without restriction of geographic area or socioeconomical level. An analysis of the internal and internal context was conducted, which allowed the assessment and identification of the strengths and opportunities for the development of the offer as well as the definition of the strategy to implement. From the entrepreneurs’ perspective, the site will give them the chance to offer their products through a digital platform with competitive commissions which will grant them access to better profits as well as the regularization of formal business. The final consumer will be able to access a new platform of 100% Peruvian products, which will be packed in biodegradable bags and delivered in no longer than 24 hours with a real-time tracking. Two surveys were conducted using key questions aimed to the entrepreneur and the consumer, which allowed the validation of the attractiveness of our proposal and its needs-meeting characteristic on the target market, having a 96% of the surveyed entrepreneurs showing interest in joining Awana Place. Furthermore, the results obtained in the survey conducted to consumers act as information to elaborate the demand estimate and the sales scheme. Finally, the financial assessment -considering a 5-year prospect- obtained promising results with a FNPV of S/149,616.83 and a FIRR of 39.30%, which show attractive profitability. The conducted financial sensitivity analysis aided to conclude that the plan is feasible in the different assessed scenarios, granting its kickoff while seeking the capitalization of the investment.
