Abstract As a community member in the rural community of Fortaleza Saqsaywaman and graduate of the EESP Pukllasunchis, I have acquired practices, knowledge and wisdom of the Andean culture and intercultural pedagogy, which today serve me to achieve a pedagogical proposal with a sense of ayllu for Andean community schools, also called rural community. On the other hand, during the development of my research work, I have been able to deepen my knowledge about the chacras of knowledge, especially the functions that these fulfill and the multiple possibilities they offer us to enrich the teaching and learning processes, I could mention in addition to this pleasant experience that I have discovered other functions that these chacras fulfill, this will be the essence of my pedagogical proposal. Finally, as an experience of my work in primary schools in rural communities, I have been able to visualize the relationship between school and community, as well as the way in which the teaching and learning processes are generated, mostly in closed spaces, these experiences prompted me to carry out my research work, with which I hope to make a significant contribution to education.
