(es_PE)

Abstract This research addresses the voice of grandmothers and grandfathers in the classroom, based on testimonies. Its objective is to create educational material that facilitates reading and thus achieve the integration and appreciation of ancestral knowledge and knowledge about Andean medicine. Thus, the members of the educational system, under the modality of Intercultural Bilingual Education (EIB), will be made aware of the wisdom about Andean medicine to revive the collective memory of our ancestors. My main motivation arises when I perceive that in school’s priority is given to the Western perspective, either by the school textbooks or the proposal of the contents in the development of the curricular program. I say this, based on my personal evidence, because when I was in school I don't remember hearing accounts of the voices of grandmothers and grandfathers about Andean medicine. Therefore, I have carried out testimonies and interviews to show the validity of the wisdom of breeding medicinal plants and that persist over time. The main result on the use of medicinal plants is evident in the time of the pandemic, which refers to many studies by researchers, as well as healing and healing practices in different areas of the Andean world in the country. Keywords: Natural and traditional medicine, ancestral Andean medicine, sage with medicinal plants, wise midwife, spiritual sage, bone sage, learning about ancestral Andean medicine (es_PE)
