Currently the confinement by COVID-19 has affected the entire world population, even more so children in the normal development of their socio-emotional state. Education went from face-to-face to remote, this change could cause changes in their emotional and social states, thus weakening the construction of their learning, coexistence with their environment, harmony with their nature and the alteration of the practice of allin kawsay. This research has the purpose of reviewing documentary information from different sources that help us to know, compare and strengthen the knowledge already acquired about the socio-emotional development of children in times of confinement. For which we will support ourselves with other works and theories carried out at the national and international level that are related to our research.
