The goal of this research is the prevention of labour risks produced by labour fatigue and works-at-height through a hopper prototype structure and handling system. this research was carried out in 20 operators handling the load of ammonium nitrate, ANFO degree, in the business Transportes Zetramsa S.A.C.located in Arequipa. This research has a mixed approach, observational intervention, longitudinal cut and a correlate level of investigation. First, the 2019 labour fatigue and works-at-height accident report was analyzed and the instrument SOFI-SM was used to determine the level of fatigue of the operators handling the load the ammonium nitrate, the result was that 5% showed an inadequate level. Also the security requirements were analyzed, based on the porcedure of high risk works for works-at-height, where up to 27 remarks were found. Next administrative meassures were implemented, like a programme of active pauses/breaks and the execution of a procedure for high risk work at works-at-height. Finally, with the suggested prototype model the labour fatigue and work-at-height labour risks are preventened thus validatinng the hypotheisis.
