With technological advances in recent decades, it has become important electronic instrumentation in the study and research as well as in the development and implementation of new engineering projects. Which they make it possible to monitor a variety of physical and chemical variables, while production has become commoditized which leads to a reduction of time and costs in project implementation. In determining protocols use of electronic instrumentation with sensors of various types, DSPs, microcontrollers and optical equipment according to the needs of the research project, it will generate solutions to problems of feasibility, monitoring, supervision and control; with applications in real and virtual. Thus achieving scientific methods conducting research with a critical, proactive and holistic vision capable of interaction between numerical data, telemetry signals and images with applications of fuzzy logic according to patterns of global order. In this thesis I have compiled various sources of database IMARPE scientific research and HIDRONAV, technical reports, electronic data monitoring and control instruments, located in Ferrol Bay (Chimbote - Peru). By correlational, longitudinal transeccional modeling and numerical modeling established, it will be possible to analyze the data that will validate the final results, making possible the generation of electricity through existing sea currents in the Peruvian sea, being a renewable resource with a A.I. reduced It is concluded that the use of electronic instruments must be properly calibrated according to scientific research, to be essential and necessary to make the project viable utilization of marine resources for the generation of electricity in the future.
