This thesis entitled "Optimization of loading and hauling equipment in the Dumps - Thyssen Krupp Crusher section, for increasing production in a cement company" is intended to describe the optimization of the equipment for loading and transporting raw material from a quarry to obtain cement in a cement company, reducing operating costs for loading and transporting raw materials, mainly limestone, and increasing the productivity of the Thyssen Krupp crusher in order to obtain more profits from the cement company. This research establishes that applying the optimization of loading and transport equipment significantly and directly affects the increase in productivity of the Thyssen Krupp crusher, in a comparison between real production and estimated production, it increases productivity by 11.45% which is 267616 (TM) per year. Finally, according to the thesis research, it is possible to determine that the factors that directly influence the productivity of the raw material loading and transport equipment and these factors are: the degree of fragmentation of the material to be transported must have optimal characteristics According to the planned parameters, and consequently, by not meeting certain characteristics, they directly affect operating costs, causing them to increase and also, on some occasions, they could damage the loading and transportation equipment. Another factor influencing the productivity of the loading and transport equipment are transport routes such as: the distance between the loading and unloading points, condition and maintenance of the transport routes.
