Abstract: El presente trabajo de investigación analiza la viabilidad de implementar un nuevo canal de comercialización de productos para la higiene doméstica llamado Central Refill en los distritos de Barranco, Santiago de Surco y Miraflores de Lima Moderna en el Perú. Este nace del constructo creado por el equipo del proyecto ante la problemática de la contaminación ambiental, las alarmantes cantidades de residuos plásticos y la tendencia mundial a la orientación de negocios sostenibles con el medio ambiente. Además, el modelo de negocio propuesto sigue tendencias mundiales exitosas en Latinoamérica y en Europa; orientadas al cuidado al medio ambiente. Este proyecto propone la reutilización de envases mediante el relleno de líquido de productos de higiene de marcas reconocidas a través de una máquina expendedora ubicada en grifos céntricos cercanos al público objetivo de este nuevo servicio. En esta idea de negocio, se plantea como objetivo general demostrar la viabilidad de implementar el nuevo canal de comercialización de productos para la higiene doméstica y donde se buscan los objetivos específicos de generar un modelo de negocio que opere bajo la dinámica de reabastecimiento de productos de higiene doméstica, evaluar la viabilidad del plan de negocio y medir el beneficio ambiental de las operaciones de Central Refill. La propuesta de valor de Central Refill es ofrecer un nuevo canal de comercialización de los productos de higiene doméstica que promueva la lucha contra el consumo excesivo de plástico y que al mismo tiempo ofrezca los atributos de: cercanía al cliente, un precio más bajo que en canales tradicionales de venta y una excelente experiencia al usuario.
El mercado meta para este nuevo canal son personas de 25 a 55 años de los niveles socioeconómicos A, B y C, con conciencia ambiental y un estilo de vida moderno, cosmopolita y dispuestos a probar nuevos productos y tendencias de mercado. El plan de marketing tendrá una estrategia orientada hacia las redes sociales y contará con la colaboración de influenciadores que promuevan el cuidado del medio ambiente. En el plan de operaciones se explicará la importancia de la localización estratégica y cercana a su mercado meta, los objetivos encaminados a la eficiencia, la gestión y procesos, la economía a escala, la gestión de inventarios, la negociación con proveedores y como consecuencia la calidad de sus servicios. Se mostrará también el prototipo de máquinas dispensadoras y su funcionamiento. En el plan financiero se comprobará la viabilidad del proyecto con un VANE de 203,552,29 y un TIRE de 19,43%. Todos los factores analizados y presentados en el trabajo demostrarán que es viable que Central Refill se convierta en una empresa que aporte al medio ambiente, genere el compromiso de sus accionistas y de sus aliados comerciales.
This research analyzes the feasibility of implementing a new channelfor the commercialization of domestic hygiene products called Central Refill in the districts of Barranco, Santiago de Surco and Miraflores de modern city in Lima Peru. This was conceivefrom a construct created by the project team in contextof environmental pollution, the alarming amounts of plastic waste and the global trend towards the orientation of sustainable businesses with the environment. Furthermore, the business model follows successful global trends in Latin America and Europe; based on caring for the environment.This project proposes the reuse of liquid containers by filling liquid hygiene products from top most usedbrands through a vending machine located in centricgasoline stations near the target audience of this new service.In this business idea, the main objective is to demonstrate the viability of implementing the new channel for domestic hygiene products and the specific objectives are generating a business model that operates under the dynamics of resupplying products of domestic hygiene, evaluate the viability of the business plan and measure the environmental benefit of Central Refill's operations.Central Refill's value proposition is to offer a new supplychannel for domestic hygiene products that promote tofight against excessive plastic consumption andat the same time offer: proximity to the customer, a lower price than the competitionsales channels and an excellent user experience. The target for this new channel is people from 25 to 55 years, from socioeconomic levels A, B and C, with environmental awareness and a modern, cosmopolitan lifestyle and willing to try new products and market trends.The marketing plan will have a strategy oriented towards social networks and will have the collaboration of digital influencers who promote the care of the environment.The operationsplan will explain the importance of the strategic location close to its target market, the objectives aimed at efficiency, management and processes, economy of scale, inventory management, negotiation with suppliers and as a consequence the quality of its services.
