Nowadays, violence events have been increasing, being the main instrument for the measurement of risk the assessment sheet, that is why in the present work entitled Due process in the evaluation of psychological risk carried out in police headquarters in women victims of intimate partner violence, district of Cerro Colorado, 2020, our general objective is to verify the application of the Due process in the evaluation of psychological risk carried out in police headquarters in female victims of intimate partner violence. Likewise, regarding the materials and methods used for this research, a mixed approach was used, i.e. qualitative-quantitative, since the literature search was carried out in the doctrine, jurisprudence and regulations, on the other hand, field information was collected specifically from the police station of Cerro Colorado, proceeding to quantify it later; this information was collected according to the variables contained in the statement in order for the study to be not only descriptive but also explanatory. As for the number of cases studied, all of them were analyzed, therefore, no sample was applied but the analysis of the entire universe. Thus, the main findings of this research were that the evaluation of the VR-MVVP form cannot be accredited, thus affecting the right of defense and due process, and that those who apply it are professionals from other areas and without sufficient knowledge to apply it.
