In the present investigation,it has as objective to evaluate the quality of the subway waters for the human consumption with the purpose of applying the industrial sanitation that looks for the security and health of the people equally of the environment applying a set of practices that improve the quality of life ,giving step to the problem that in some districts of the city of Arequipa they do not count on the basic services of drinkable water and look for alternatives as they are it the subway waters to supply their homes which do not have any process of potabilization which presents many risks to the health of the people for such a reason the respective evaluations guaranteed by the law were carried out, a sampling procedure was carried out by means of the purge method where the necessary samples for the investigation were extracted then it was analyzed in the laboratory with the necessary equipment and tools applying the respective methods verifying the results with the established parameters, which allowed to verify the health risks that its consumption presents without any treatment of potabilization ,for that reason an innovating treatment was proposed as it is the solar distiller that looks for to take advantage of the solar energy to make the water potable later the quality tests were made to measure the effectiveness of the distiller showing favorable results to the investigation.
