The project “Design of a process of palletizing through image processing manipulate for the industrial robot Kuka”, perform convergence of image processing, industrial robotic and industrial communication for the palletizing of boxes in a factory. It uses of image processing for the image acquisition, for at finish it can select the image respect to area of box. Then through machine-robot communication this appoints toward pallet will move the box, for this, the robot should have three pre-definite points save in the industrial robot control. Furthermore, it makes the design of gripper for the dimensions of the boxes, it chooses a pneumatic gripper owing its efficiency in industry. The analysis and designs of each system of palletizing, it makes selection of the components of better adjust to got design and simulate. Also it makes the security of installation.
