For the research that I have carried out which I will present in the following lines entitled "Application of the BPM Methodology in the improvement of the Operations Management of the company Ferreyros SA, Lima, 2020", a detailed analysis of the management has been carried out in mention within the company under study, where the delay in the execution process due to the attention of the maintenance services offered to customers was found as the main problem, having an excessive execution time of 22.85 hours, which generated claims, incidents and low satisfaction that customers reported. Due to the problem in the last quarter with a total of 89 services executed in the field, 42.9% presented complaints, because the technicians arrived outside the time established in the SLA's of the contracts since they did not have the spare parts in the indicated time. delaying their departure to the client, 18.1% had incidents, because the technicians did not respect the maintenance execution procedures within the client since some had a work sequence compared to others, this was caused by the lack of not having a clear process from start to finish and with a correct distribution, in addition to this, a 49.3% level of satisfaction was obtained from customers due to non-compliance with time and recurrent incidents reported by those responsible for each operation, by not have the availability of technicians due to delays in their services, the business units did not comply with the projection of services and stipulated for the quarter, only reaching 66.30%, all the aforementioned indicators are below what is acceptable by the company under study, with the problem the client portfolio has decreased, as well as the volumetric level of services and billing decreased.The research has been prepared with the objective of showing that the application of the BPM methodology allows the Operations Management process to be more efficient, having a better use of resources and in turn improving the indicators, in such a way as to comply with service times and regain the reliability that customers have for the company under study.The design of the research presented is applied pre-experimental, explanatory method and quantitative approach, we worked with reports of company operations (OT, # Services,% Satisfaction, among others), as well as questionnaires were used online, to be able to cover all the edges of the problem and reflect the results of the KPIs before and afterthe application of BPM. After the analysis and application of the BPM methodology, it was acquired as a result that the mentioned methodology has a positive influence on the improvement of the execution time, going from 22.85 hours to 15.75 hours of theprocess, reducing 7.10 hours, the time that was being used in reprocessing , customer satisfaction increased to 95.10%, compliance with the projection reached 106.10%, complaints have decreased to 4.00%, acceptance of runtime by customers increased to 94.54%, approval of technicians for their tests of knowledge of the process and execution in the field increased up to 94.90%, the understanding of technicians for the operations management process increased up to 93.20%, incidents due to non-compliance with procedures have decreased to a 3.30%, customer acceptance for compliance at the time level increased to 94.14%, departure delays by technicians decreased uyo up to 4.90% and the acceptance of the technicians for the management of spare parts increased to 94.46%, all the indicators exceed the minimum percentage acceptable by the company having a positive impact on the company, in addition to mentioning that the quantity increased of services by 38.00%, as well as a 35.00% increase in billing.
