This thesis describes the state of the filtration system for zinc and lead production, which obtained 4 indicators that were to be improved; mineral production capacity, final drying quality, maintenance costs and HH invested in monitoring. This is how you decide to implement a Larox PF 25/32 Filter to improve these initial values. Installing the Larox Filter shows the need to implement control logic capable of integrating mechanical and electronic systems involved in the filtering process; it is also considered the design of the control architecture which will serve for the implementation of the logic. P&ID diagrams and link diagrams showing interlocks between equipment as well behavior during operation will be used for the development of logic. Implementing new control logic will give you full control of the filtering process. This ensures that the indicators of production, maintenance cost and quality of the final product can be improved.
