The research was to evaluate the disergonomic risk factors due to postural load in the ashlar cutters of the Añashuayco quarries, applying the disergonomic risk assessment methods OWAS (Ovako Working Analysis System) and REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment). The studied population was made up of the 4 workers belonging to the Añashuayco quarries. The observation, together with the photographic record of the activities carried out by the ashlar cutters were assessed through the IPER matrix to identify the main dysergonomic risk factors, finding a higher incidence in forced postures. Subsequently, a total of 16 positions were analyzed with the OWAS method with which the most critical positions were obtained, to be evaluated again by REBA method to obtain disergonomic level risk. Due to evaluations results, it´s concluded that the ashlar cutters are exposed to a total of 9 critical postures of high and highest level most of which correspond to the trunk due to the turning and tilting to the sides and the position of the flexed knees.by which correction was established by an action plan.
