This research was carried out in the company CONSORCIO S Y C SAC, a company dedicated to diamond drilling, tube wells and geotechnical studies; with the aim of improving the management system applied in the diamond drilling operation through a Software for the Company Consorcio S y C S.A.C. 2020; the methodology used for this study is Quasi Experimental. The instruments used were: FR10 software, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram. The dependent variable is the improvement of the safety management system and the independent variable is the software applicationthe security management system was improved by generating 100% compliance with the management tools for the “PEOT”project, 43% in the “Caravelí”project and 50% in the “Lluta”project, as compared to 10%compliance before applying the software, concluding that with the application of FR10 software and tracking by a manager you can have 100% compliance with the management tools of the Security Management System having a saving of 15 650US dollars for compliance, between man hours and logistical costs, giving the company the possibility of having private sectorcustomers, giving it a solution for compliance with the security management system and the possibility of working with the private sector.
