The perspective of optimizing processes is currently maintained in every organization, as well as that of welcoming them with the best strategies and that are oriented to the business objectives according to the dynamism of the market, and even more so if it belongs to the poultry industry. That is why the objective of this research is to design business processes through the application of BPM in order to improve organizational productivity in the company Moliservice El Chotano E.I.R.L. Therefore, the Continuous Improvement PHVA methodology was used, which consists of 6 phasesand that have been covered in the presentwork, from planning, analysis, subsequent design of new models using BPM software and their respective implementation to achieve results; based on all the information of the company that was analyzed in an applicative way and maintaining the Deming Cycle guide. This produced that the comparison of results before the application of the aforementioned methodology plus the BPM modeling contribute with a linked and determining gap between the BPM AS IS and TO BE process models; In view of this, a significant impact was shown on the flow of logistics, administration, sales, inventories and production operations, Reflecting thus an improvement in organizational productivity by 90%on average according to two surveys applied to the company's employees and the project team, in turn, it was achieved under indicators to reach 85.71% on the constant improvement of processes critics. To which, it is resolved and recommended that in orderto obtain a constant improvement in organizational productivity, it is essential to apply methodologies oriented to the BPM model, such as the PHVA Cycle, which has contributed to continuousimprovement in design and flowof the most critical processes inorder to create and deliver better customer value.
