In order to recover mineral located in the pillars of its production work and provide stability to the rock mass in the interior of the mine, it has chosen to implement a Cemented Fill Plant in chamber 33 interior of the mine, taking as reference the loading chamber station 33, this plant has an average production of 60 m3/h to 90 m3/h of cemented fill which is of high performance meeting the required sustainability standards (Mpa), with a maximum granite size of 3/8”, we will also have type 1 cement and plasticizers (water reducing additive). This product (cemented filling) generated by the plant, its main function will be to give stability to the interior of the mine and facilitate the recovery of the pillars. The plant already in operation to prepare a cubic meter will take about a minute. The process of obtaining the final product will have the following steps: Inspection of material, pouring of cement and granite, adding water plus additive, then a weighing control will be carried out with a flow control, the mixture will be inspected and finally a supervision to the discharge and pumping process. 15 m3 capacity dump trucks and 30 m3 cylinders will be counted for the transport.
