The present work consists of modeling and implementing a remote monitoring and control device for single-phase motors, at medium distance, with low energy consumption, which allows control and visibility of the operation of electrical machines. The objective is to develop a medium-range wireless communication system for remote monitoring, control and management of the various parameters of a single-phase motor.During the development, electronic modules were used, which have the characteristic to function in critical conditions such as high temperature environments in industrial facilities; 8-bit microcontroller is used for data processing; for the transmission of information, 915MHz RF transceivers, which have a radio service coverage of up to one kilometer, with obstructions in their line of sight; data transfer to the visual application is through serial communication. In addition, information processing was carried out to diagnose maintenance, the engines being a main element in the productivity of many manufacturing industries, with the completion of this project a modeling of non-linear functions is provided to visual media whose objective is to contribute to the improvement of the industrial plants of the business units. The result obtained with the design and implementation was the transmission and reception of information between electronic modules, data collection of current and temperature of the electrical machine that were transmitted to the monitoring and control unit, as shown in the graphic report with data from 1 ampere current and 25 degrees of temperature during an average period of 10 to 15 minutes of operation of the single-phase motor. The tests carried out for communication with LoRa communication systems were carried out in an urban area, as a result we can indicate that there is approximately 250 meters of data transmission with little obstacle in the line of sight, effectively. If we exceed that distance, communication has packet losses. The working frequency was 915Mhz. In this urban area, there are not many high-rise buildings, so the transmission was effective.
