The present research work has as a general objective to describe how personal socio-emotional skills favor the interaction of the participants of the meta-competencies program, in a Private University of Lima, in 2020 II. The participants that make up the sample are 17 postgraduate students from a Private University of Lima, in 2020 -II. The methodology used develops a qualitative approach, descriptive scope and phenomenological design. The results reveal that the perceptions of the participants have been affected by the quarantine time, the same time that provoked in them favorable aptitudes in the stages of cognition, overcoming stress and learning to adapt behavioral attitudes for particular benefit but with the clear intention to share experiences for the well-being of their general environment, demonstrating in this process self-motivation as a determining element, the search for constant support and the leadership exercised by the teacher, being the main actor in the integration, openness, participation and commitment of the group with themselves and the educational project. It is concluded that the imprint on the scene of the pandemic in some way generated new needs and enhanced the commitment of each participant with their personal being and their search for tools to solve problems. The interest of the participants in learning, overcoming difficulties and the empathy that arose in this virtuality between students and teacher is validated.
