Abstract: En el desarrollo de la tesis de investigación de “Implementación de un Sistema de Domicilio Electrónico Utilizando Firma Digital en la Empresa Keeper Tech”, que ha permitido llegar a las conclusiones siguientes:
Se ha identificado que no existe Sistema de Aplicación de Domicilio Electrónico que cumpla con la legislación vigente para los procesos de recepción de notificaciones en el servidor web de la Empresa Keeper Tech; de la cual hay deficiencias para autenticar los documentos y verificar la correcta recepción por parte del notificado. Por ejemplo, verificación de los documentos firmados digitalmente, confirmación del estado de notificación; que actualmente se está trabajando de forma tradicional, etcétera.
El problema central que se propone está orientado a la identificación de una entidad (persona natural o jurídica) a través de la red de una manera económica y escalable que lleva a un rendimiento óptimo. Por consiguiente, existe la necesidad de estudiar para autenticar la identidad cierta de una persona y validar transacciones como si fueran procesos físicos, de tal manera que se aplique otra alternativa, como “Criptografía Asimétrica de Algoritmo RSA”, que mejorará autenticar transacciones y documentos, utilizando para procesos mensajes del servidor web en sistema de comunicación.
Se ha Implementación de un Sistema de Domicilio Electrónico Utilizando Firma Digital en la Empresa Keeper Tech, que es un sistema de aplicación prototipo de firma digital electrónica utilizando criptografía asimétrica de algoritmo RSA, para autenticar la firma digital de usuarios / clientes de la Empresa Keeper Tech; con este proceso podemos mejorar la agilidad y ser más competitivos, debido a que son transacciones “cero papel”, pues todo se maneja de forma electrónica. Asimismo, con el sistema de domicilios electrónicos mejorará el envío de notificaciones ya que cualquier mensaje que llegue a un domicilio se cuenta como notificado.
Hoy en día, la firma digital permite autenticar la conformidad de un documento con las partes involucradas en una transacción, lo que trae consecuencias legales claras y reconocimiento jurídico al instante.
THE development of this thesis researh "Implementation of a Electronic domicile Using Digital Signature in enterprise Keeper Tech" allowed us to reach the following conclusions: It has been identified that there is no Electronic domicile application that meets the Peruvian legislation espeficifation for the process of receiving the notification in the server of the Keeper Tech enterprise, which there is a deficiency for authenticating documents. For example, check the contents of a receiving documents and confirm the status of the notification, that currently its being done on a traditional way. The main problem to be solved is being oriented to the identification of an entity (natural or legal person) Through a network in an economical and scalable way Leading an optimum performance, Therefore there is a need To authenticate the true identity of a person and validate transactions as if Were physical processes, so that alternative applies, as ”Asymmetric Cryptography RSA Algorithm”, which will improve and authenticate digital signatures and documents, using web server processes messages in the communication system. It has been implemented a Electronic domicile system Using Digital Signature in enterprise Keeper Tech,which is a prototype system implementation of electronic digital signature using RSA asymmetric cryptography digital signatures to authenticate the users / clients in the Keeper Tech enterprise. With this process we can improve the agility and be more transparent and competitive because the transactions are "no paper", this means that everything is handled electronically. Also, with the Electronic Domicile System we will improve the sending of the notifications because every message that arrives to an electronic domicile will be counted as notified. Nowadays, the digital signature allow us to authenticate the conformity of a document with the signature of the involved parts in the transaction, which brings clear legal consequences and an instant legal recognition.
