The main objective of this thesis entitled "Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction in Workers of the Logistics Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2018" was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction in the workers of the office of logistics of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2018 so that by highlighting the aforementioned relationship we can make the corresponding recommendations for the solution of the problem. On the other hand, the present study was developed under the focus of a qualitative research and with a non-experimental design and at the level of a correlational descriptive investigation. Likewise, it was taken as Population / Study sample to all the servers of the logistics office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Finally, we arrived at the following main conclusion, there is a positive correlation between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the workers of the logistics office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2018, it is considered that the organizational climate is correlated with the dimensions of job satisfaction at a level of confidence of 95% and with a ns 0.5. In this way we can affirm that the greater the positive control and therefore the higher the level of positive perception of the organizational climate, the higher will be the level of job satisfaction in said office. It also verified the existence of a significant and directly proportional correlation between the dimensions of the variable Organizational climate and job satisfaction in the workers of the mentioned public institution.
