In this present report, shows the development of a project to implement a SOAT transaction module to improve the BackOffice web application in the insurance company.The report consists of 4 chapters:In Chapter 1, the general aspects of the report will be developed, the definition and formulation of the problems that generated the need to develop this report, as well as the general and specific objectives, the scope and the limitations thereof, ending with the justification Of the report.In Chapter 2, the state of the art (background) of theses or similar projects that can be national or international is briefly explained, in order to be able to demonstrate their development and points of similarity. Additionally, in this chapter the theoretical framework is developed, we will explain in detail the notions of knowledge applied in the report, where the conceptual framework explains key terms used in the development of this report. And finally the methodological framework, where the steps of the methodology that will be implemented in our report are explained.In Chapter 3, the entire development of the project is explained. The methodology chosen in chapter 2 must be followed, ending with the production pass.In Chapter 4, the results that have been obtained developing the project are explained and later the costs and budgets that have been used to make the development of the project possible.
