The present investigation arises as a need to reduce the time in the attention of orders from our client Pepsico Fritolay Peru, with the main goal of optimizing the picking flows in the warehouse with the help of mobile equipment tools. The objective of this thesis is the integration of a warehouse management system to a logistics system to improve storage and dispatch in Pepsico Fritolay Peru. To meet this objective, a customized system will be developed for the client, which will gradually minimize the time taken to attend to orders and dispatches. This project has followed the software development recommendations of the Extreme Programming agile methodology, thanks to this methodology a planned and ordered work was achieved from the beginning of the project without losing the possibility of adapting in each of the phases to the requirements that were They presented on the fly, which led to having deliverables in estimated times with detailed documentation. In the results obtained through the survey instrument, it can be seen from the data obtained an acceptance and satisfaction for the implementation developed, which leads us to the conclusion that the proposed solution effectively contributed to the objective of this research.
