Today, when organizations increasingly depend on technology, it is important to correctly and efficiently manage the services provided from the IT department to other areas of the organization. IT service provider companies are another IT service delivery company to other companies. In both cases, there is a Service Desk that is the only point of contact between the user and the service provider to request a contracted service. The general objective is to achieve the digital transformation of the services of the service desk of an IT service provider company, in search of the adoption of emerging technologies such as: cloud computing and artificial intelligence to improve the service. Therefore, an IT Service Management Tool and a Virtual Assistant, both of the Software as a Service (SaaS) type, were implemented using an agile framework such as Scrum, which helped to achieve maximum value delivery. As a final result, new digital channels were enabled to request aservice, such as: the self-service web portal, WhatsApp and Ms Teams, which managed to reduce the manual entry of tickets by 62.5%, improve compliance with the requirements by 46% service level agreements, improve user satisfaction by 56%, have tools availability by more than 99% and in addition the costs and hours invested for the administration of the associated infrastructure were eliminated, at cost level 2 resources were saved of the Service Desk.
