The documentary management for the approval of a company seeks the standardization of its documents to be efficient and achieve the certification that companies seek, since the boom of metalworking companies is in growth and therefore the connectivity in the market is increasing in these times, this homologation allows the company to develop or provide its services in a safe way since this work is focused on SHW and thus protecting its workers. The professional sufficiency work is to verify the efficiency of the documentary management to obtain the homologation certificate in the field of Occupational Health and Safety. The methodology developed in this sufficiency work is quantitative since statistical data will be used to measure the company's labor incidents, using it will also be explanatory why the documentary management processes for approval will be developed. The work of professional sufficiency concludes on the importance that companies should have in the implementation of an efficient documentary management in the homologation process and thus obtain the certificate that proves the reliability and safety provided by all companies and having a great impact on the persistence of occupational accidents.
