The present research work was posed as a question: What is the effectiveness of the use of comic 2.0 in the learning of pathologies in the students of the V cycle of the Nursing in Adult Health II course at a private University of Lima - 2018? For this purpose, it was proposed as a general objective; Explain the effectiveness of the use of comic 2.0 in the learning of pathologies. The interest was to integrate information technology in the learning of the 33 nursing students who developed the comic 2.0 that allowed them to develop and learn about adult pathologies. The use of comic 2.0 was assessed through the rubric, taking into consideration the opinion of what was learned through the survey, to finally make the academic evaluation to both the experimental group and the control group. According to the scope, the study is cross-sectional correlation, of quasi-experimental design with post-test, taking into consideration an experimental group and a control group with similar characteristics. In the results found in the experimental group, improvement of the grades, attributed to the use of comic 2.0 for the learning of adult pathologies, is observed. “Learning is a permanent process of construction of knowledge, skills and attitudes, from the experiences, knowledge and emotions of people.” With the 2.0 comic you can develop various types of educational projects in order to promote the student remember and apply their past and current learning in order to solve health problems, within a personal, family and social context.
