The research study aims to propose and implement control measures according to the hierarchy of controls, the ergonomic risks of the workers who carry out the activity of the ceramics at floor level. For this way to prevent musculoskeletal disorders caused by the aforementioned activity. Below is a sample of 4 workers in a construction company in Arequipa, where the study is shown. The same way to determine the level of risk was applied by the OWAS method, together with the RULER method, which measures the postural angles. As a result of the evaluation it was determined that 100% of the workers have a level of risk 3, the positions chosen are very harmful to their health, which requires a correct action as possible before. At the root of that level, an administrative control measure was applied, once a satisfaction survey was used where more than 70% of the workers stated that the measures employed were vitally important as it greatly helped to develop their activity Finally, the implementation of administrative control validates the hypothesis that there is a way to reduce musculoskeletal damage.
