Impacto de la pandemia Covid-19 en la rentabilidad de la empresa del sector construcción en el periodo 2020

Abstract

La pandemia del COVID-19 es un fenómeno que está afectando la salud y la economía de muchos países, entre los países afectados se encuentra el Perú, por lo que la presente investigación se basara en determinar el impacto delCovid-19 en la rentabilidad del sector construcción en el periodo 2020,basándonos en el análisis de diversas variables, entre las cuales tenemos, la cuarentena, el confinamiento y la crisis sanitaria, asimismo se analizara diversos factores que afectaron en la ejecución de proyectos, y por ende en la rentabilidad de la empresa, dicha investigación tiene como finalidad detectar los sobrecostos al momento de ejecutar la obra y en mantener la rentabilidad presupuestada inicialmente.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a phenomenon that is affecting the health andeconomy of many countries, amongthe affected countries is Peru, so this research will be based on determining the impact of Covid-19 on the profitability of the construction sector in the 2020 period, based on the analysis of various variables, among which we have quarantine, confinementand the health crisis, will also analyze various factors that affected the execution of projects, and therefore the profitability of the company, this investigation aims to detect costo verruns at the time of executing the work and to maintain the previous budgeted profitability.
