The present study work is to determine the link between motivation and productivity of the personnel of the Reyna Transport company that is located in the district of Victoria in the year 2019. The theoretical inquiry that defends this research work is: motivation defined by (Leite, At, 2019, pp. 255-265) Those who say that it is a logical explanation of the professional behavior that can be intrinsic or extrinsic, and that this embodies the mood of the organization's workers in order to achieve objectives, goal and plans. Also, in the variable productivity (Cequea and Rodriguez-Monroy 2012, cited by Jaimes, Luzardo and Miguel, 2018, pp. 175-186) defined what is the effect of the correct management of the technological, economic and personnel resources of the company, to address the objectives. The methodology used is a descriptive correlational analysis, and Likert-type surveys are applied to the 25 employees of the company Transports Reyna. What is expected is to obtain quantitative data by applying the survey with questions of the independent variable which is: motivation. Also, the dependent variable (productivity) will be measured with a Likert scale survey addressed to the person in charge of the travel agency who will receive a knowledge of each employee's productivity perspective and thus obtain information that both affects external motivational fatigue or internal in the quality of service, teamwork, communication and quality of service offered by workers.
