At present, coexistence in our society is affected by the presence of aggressiveness and violence, this can also be observed in the classrooms of Educational Institutions. In this sense, schools must train for life and seek a change in the attitude of the twelve teachers and service personnel who show weakness in managing democratic coexistence in their classrooms. This Action Plan aims to "Improve curricular management in the development of democratic coexistence in teachers of the I.E. N ° 34050 "Virgen de las Mercedes"-Cajamarquilla", the type of research used is qualitative research because it is open, the instrument used is the in-depth interview and the observation technique, with the field notebook, helps us to follow up on the Plan prepared. To improve curricular management, various activities were scheduled to work with teachers, such as: Study circles on the approach of the social personnel area, demonstration of successful experiences in the development of coexistence and democratic participation, collegiate work in the elaboration of strategies for coexistence and democratic participation. In conclusion, we can ensure that the activities will help teachers improve coexistence in their classrooms and therefore the improvement of learning in our students.
