Abstract

Con el título Plan Institucional De Formación Permanente En El Dominio De Los Procesos Pedagógicos Para El Fortalecimiento De La Gestión Curricular. En La Institución. Educativa 64673 Del Distrito De Yarinacocha, Provincia De Coronel Portillo, Región Ucayali., nace por la necesidad de mejorar las competencias pedagógicas de los docentes, ya que en los monitoreos efectuados se ha podido detectar deficiencias en el manejo de los procesos pedagógicos en la planificación de sus sesiones de aprendizajes, esta motivación fue la causa para elaborar este plan de acción que tiene como objetivo: Elaborar un plan Institucional de formación permanente en el dominio de los procesos pedagógicos para el fortalecimiento de la gestión curricular la Institución Educativa No 64673. Así como los objetivos específicos: Desarrollar estrategias de formación permanente al equipo docente para el dominio de los procesos pedagógicos según las orientaciones del Currículo Nacional.; Promover Adecuadas estrategias, espacios y mecanismos que permitan fortalecer el dominio de los procesos pedagógicos ¸ Asesorar la adecuada planificación de los procesos pedagógicos en las sesiones de aprendizajes. Participan en este plan de acción 17 docentes y 408 estudiantes. El tipo de investigación es aplicada, con un diseño de investigación acción participativa, considerando la técnica de observación participativa y guía de entrevista a profundidad, como técnica se usó la observación y la entrevista al participante y como instrumento un cuestionario con preguntas abiertas que lleve a lograr los propósitos establecidos ¿Cómo mejorar el dominio de los Procesos Pedagógicos para fortalecer la gestión curricular En La IE 64673? Esto ha permitido concluir, que para mejorar en planificación curricular de los procesos pedagógicos que permita el fortalecimiento de la gestión curricular será a través de acciones diversas como GIAs, talleres de capacitación, trabajo colaborativo dentro de un Plan de Acción entre otras, sobre conocimiento del Currículo Nacional y el Enfoque por competencias, específicamente iniciando con una buena planificación curricular, poniendo en práctica el asesoramiento de los tutores de la Segunda Especialidad, mejorando de esta manera la práctica pedagógica de los docentes, para lograr competencias y elevar los aprendizajes de nuestros estudiantes dando solución a un gran problema institucional. Se espera que este plan sirva de gran utilidad a otros directivos, docentes, como motivación para realizar este tipo de trabajo en otras realidades.
