As pedagogical leaders we must be at the forefront of the new pedagogical guidelines mandated by the Ministry of Education, favoring student learning, in this line teachers must be empowered to improve their work in the classroom, being important to present a Action whose main purpose is to design a strengthening plan on pedagogical processes for the improvement of curricular management in the development of learning units and sessions in an Educational Institution. For a better pedagogical planning, in this study we worked with a population of 10 teachers, between appointed and hired randomly chosen, applying a questionnaire that seeks to emphasize the problem raised, which is the inadequate management of the pedagogical processes that hinder the curricular management in the development of the units and learning sessions, formulating as an alternative solution a strengthening plan that improves the pedagogical work of the teacher in his units and learning sessions, the methodology used is the Participatory-Action research design, with a qualitative approach, obtaining as result of the applied questionnaire that a good curricular management of the director helps teachers in their pedagogical practice and improves the learning results in our students.
