This action plan intervenes in the inadequate school management to strengthen methodological strategies in the educational institution, in order to achieve the development of teaching capacities, a fact that if its solution is achieved, one of the strategic objectives established in the instruments of school management and shared vision. The work began from the active participation in the training workshops of the diploma and second specialty in school management with pedagogical leadership, with the elaboration of a pertinent situational diagnosis that allowed us to identify our outstanding problems, for which techniques and instruments were used. such as the chacana, the problem tree, the objective tree, prioritization matrix, alignment matrix, process map, and monitoring and follow-up results obtained from the Annual Management Instrument. The solution alternatives implement professional learning communities that promote research, through a day of reflection to promote the optimization of time and organize workshops to develop pedagogical innovation based on the experiences of the teaching practice itself, as well as design strategies in a monitoring and accompaniment plan to strengthen pedagogical capacities in teachers framed for learning achievement.
