Abstract: En la actualidad existen diversas marcas que fabrican y comercializan prendas de ropa
interior femenina, las cuales están años posicionadas en el mercado peruano,
estableciendo precios estandarizados en rubro y ofreciendo un reducido número de
tallas, poca variedad en los diseños. Por ello, siendo conscientes de esta problemática,
nace la idea de negocio de una boutique de lencería virtual, Hazel Blair, que se
encargará fabricar sus prendas a través de un servicio tercerizado y también de
comercializar. La marca está enfocada en mujeres que busquen confort, elegancia y
calidad en sus prendas, a precios accesibles y contando con una variedad de tallas en
diseños y modelos. Nos enfocamos principalmente en mujeres de 18 a 50 años, que
pertenecer al nivel socioeconómico A y B, y que residan en los distritos de San Borja,
San Isidro y Santiago de Surco, Miraflores, Surquillo, Barranco, La Molina.
Las estrategias de marketing que se aplicaron a este proyecto serán de social media y
publicidad online, con el enfoque sensorial donde se exhibirán nuestras prendas a
través de redes sociales como Instagram, Facebook y por web.
Además, emplearemos la estrategia de marketing cognitivo, realizando anuncios por
redes sociales, sobre amor propio, empoderamiento, aceptación corporal y por último,
la estrategia de marketing directo a través de email, donde comunicaremos a nuestros
clientes sobre las promociones, para que estén al tanto de las nuevas colecciones de
las prendas y sobre los descuentos que se realizarán a través de la web.
Este proyecto requiere una inversión total de soles, 169,832 asimismo, cuenta con un
VAN positivo de 207,803 y un TIR de 66%, la inversión se recupera en el tercer año,
asimismo, genera utilidad desde el primer año y luego va incrementando anualmente,
lo que sustenta la rentabilidad y viabilidad del proyecto.

The brand is focused on women who seek comfort, elegance and quality in their garments, at affordable prices and with a variety of sizes in designs and models. We focus mainly on women between the ages of 18 and 50, who belong to socioeconomic level A and B, and who reside in the districts of San Borja, San Isidro and Santiago de Surco, Miraflores, Surquillo, Barranco, La Molina.
