The academic work called Curriculum Management for the application of the pedagogical processes of understanding texts written by the teachers of the I.E. N° 33365 of Riscupa, the general objective is to improve the curricular management of the pedagogical processes oriented to the comprehension of written texts in teachers of the Educational Institution N° 33365. As a participant, 2 teachers, parents and the director. Regarding the research design, we opted for an applied and qualitative research design. For this reason, taking into account the intervention context, it was considered to carry out the action research. The instruments used and pertinent were the survey and the interview with the educational actors, who expressed their demands and educational needs. The conclusion of our research work is the significant contribution that will contribute to the improvement of student learning and specifically improve the level of comprehension of written texts in the school population of Riscupa, as well as strengthen teaching capacities in the management of strategies methodological and in the pedagogical processes in the learning sessions in the students.
