The present work has as objective: To implement a better curricular management of the didactic processes of the Mathematics area in teachers of the primary level of the educational institution N° 32617 of Callagán, Huánuco region. Whose research design is Participatory Action Research, the question guide instrument was applied and the technique is the in-depth interview to the sample of 04 teachers of the 8 that the I.E. counts; In order to identify their perception and indications about the application of didactic processes in the area of mathematics, it was also sought to improve the problem called: Insufficient curricular management of the didactic processes of the area of mathematics in teachers of the primary level of Educational Institution N ° 32617 National College of the minor populated center of Callagán, Molino district, Pachitea province, Huánuco region-2018, the results achieved are 100% of the teachers surveyed state that they do not know or apply the didactic processes of the area at their discretion of mathematics In conclusion, this action plan serves as a route to address different problems that have been unleashed within the educational community, management and empowerment is very important.
