This Action Plan, entitled: Curricular management through the implementation of the plan for monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of teaching practice in the area of mathematics at the primary level in the Educational Institution No. 40227 Eduardo Portugal, in the province of Camaná - Arequipa, is an action plan to act against the need presented and addressed from the diagnosis in the Educational Institution, responding to the general objective, which aims to potentiate the adequate curricular management through the implementation of the monitoring plan, accompaniment and evaluation of teaching practice in the area of mathematics. Involving the participation of the manager, 12 teachers and 294 students, as indirect beneficiaries. It is part of an investigation with a qualitative approach, of an applied type and participatory action research design, the focus group, observation and interview were used as techniques, with their respective guide instruments of unstructured questions, monitoring and accompaniment sheet, GIA file, field notebook and questionnaire, guaranteeing optimal curricular management. The consistency of the diagnosis and its proposed solution are argued, systematizing the evaluation of the design of the action plan, considering each of the stages of planning, implementation and monitoring in its aspects of strategies, actors, instruments, periodicity and resources. It concludes by pointing out that the Action Plan constitutes a fundamental tool for the improvement of learning, since it contributes to the continuous improvement of school management led by the principal, who is able to convene the educational community around a common improvement project, focusing all efforts on students learning and managing to align educational, financial and human resources in pursuit of this shared objective, which will be achieved in 2019.
