Abstract

El presente Plan de acción tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan de elaboración participativa del Proyecto Educativo Institucional para optimizar la planificación escolar de la Institución Educativa Publica N° 0305, caserío San Antonio, provincia Picota, region San Martín. Se utilizará el diseño investigación acción participativa. Se realizará el trabajo con la comunidad educativa, se utilizó el instrumento la guía de entrevista. Como resultado se puede precisar que el 100% de docentes manifiestan que es importante contar con los documentos de gestión elaborado participativamente más un el Proyecto Educativo Institucional que es el documento guía de la gestión de la institución Educativa. Se concluye entonces diciendo que el trabajo colaborativo, que si generamos la participación de la comunidad educativa tendremos documentos que respondan a las necesidades de todos.

The objective of this Action Plan is to design a plan for the participatory elaboration of the Institutional Educational Project to optimize the school planning of the Public Educational Institution No. 0305, San Antonio farmhouse, Picota province, San Martín region. The participatory action research design will be used. The work will be carried out with the educational community, the interview guide instrument was used. As a result, it can be specified that 100% of teachers state that it is important to have participatively prepared management documents plus an Institutional Educational Project, which is the guiding document for the management of the Educational institution. It is concluded then by saying that collaborative work, that if we generate the participation of the educational community we will have documents that respond to the needs of all.
