Gestión curricular a través de la implementación del plan de mae de la práctica docente en el área de comunicación del nivel de educación secundaria en la institución educativa n° 40239 Nicolás De Piérola Villena de la provincia de Camaná – Arequipa

Abstract

El presente Plan de Acción titulado plan de monitoreo, acompañamiento y Evaluación de la práctica docente en el área de comunicación para la gestión curricular del nivel secundario en la institución educativa N°40239 Nicolás de Piérola Villena del distrito Nicolás de Piérola, provincia de Camaná-Arequipa tiene como objetivo general Fortalecer la Gestión Curricular a través de la implementación del plan de monitoreo , acompañamiento y evaluación en el área de comunicación del nivel secundario en la Institución educativa N°40239 Nicolás de Piérola Villena del distrito Nicolás de Piérola, provincia de Camaná-Arequipa , con la única intención de mejorar los logros de aprendizajes de los estudiantes . Se trabajó con el total de la población de docentes siendo doce docentes del nivel secundario, se aplicó los instrumentos como: la entrevista de profundidad, ficha de monitoreo y ficha de acompañamiento, el Plan de Acción se sustenta en el tipo de investigación educacional, descriptivo propositivo. Una de las conclusiones más importantes del presente Plan de Acción es mejorar la gestión curricular con liderazgo pedagógico democrático y participativo orientada a la formación de los estudiantes para obtener resultados de aprendizajes satisfactorios en la institución educativa.
