The look at the accelerated changes commits education to address itself at similar rates that respond to the needs and demands of the global world, with teachers predisposed to improve their teaching practice. According to our institutional diagnosis, we found a deficiency in the planning processes and in response, the Action Plan called Management in Curricular Planning and Execution Processes is presented in the San Francisco Alternative Basic Education Center of the Moquegua District, considering as a general objective Strengthen management in the processes of planning and curricular execution through the organization of Professional Learning Communities, for the achievement of satisfactory learning. The methodology used corresponds to the qualitative, descriptive and purposeful approach, the instruments that allowed the diagnosis to be made are the checklist, observation sheet, assessment sheet and the questionnaire. From its analysis, the deficiency in the curricular planning and execution processes is identified, and with the support of theoretical and conceptual references, the organization of Professional Learning Communities for collaborative work and improvement of their pedagogical practice is proposed as an alternative solution. . The exchange of methodological strategies in professional learning communities improves curricular planning and execution processes, promoting better results in teaching and student learning.
