Gestión curricular en la aplicación del enfoque por competencias del currículo nacional en la institución educativa n°40040 José Trinidad Morán del distrito de Cayma - Arequipa

Abstract

El Plan de Acción denominado “Gestión curricular en la aplicación del enfoque por competencias del Currículo Nacional en la Institución Educativa N° 40040 José Trinidad Morán del distrito de Cayma-Arequipa”, pretende fortalecer la gestión curricular en la aplicación del enfoque por competencias del Currículo Nacional promoviendo la implementación de una Comunidad Profesional de Aprendizaje en el nivel de educación primaria de la I.E. con la participación del equipo directivo, docentes fortaleza y los padres de familia. Para la formulación del plan se han tenido como referencias los resultados de las observaciones hechas a los docentes sobre su desempeño en el aula; así como, los resultados de los grupos de discusión e entrevistas profundas realizadas a los docentes, identificándose que hay una inadecuada orientación para la implementación de los enfoques y procesos didácticos de las áreas curriculares del Currículo Nacional, además se aprecia que existe un limitado monitoreo y acompañamiento y un limitado trabajo colegiado; es decir, que se evidencia una inadecuada gestión curricular para la implementación del enfoque por competencias del Currículo Nacional; en ese sentido, se han realizado los análisis de los referentes conceptuales y teóricos y se plantea la implementación de una Comunidad Profesional de Aprendizaje, que fortalezca el liderazgo pedagógico del directivo y la reflexión de directivos y docentes sobre la práctica pedagógica. Con la formulación del plan, se ha podido reconocer la importancia que tiene el diagnóstico para identificar las situaciones problemáticas de la I.E., sus causas y las consecuencias; y se nos invita a que propongamos soluciones e implementemos un plan que contenga claramente lo que se pretende lograr para superar las problemáticas existentes y prever las tareas (actividades y acciones) que se tendrán en cuenta de acuerdo a un cronograma. En tal sentido, este plan compromete al directivo a su ejecución.

For the formulation of the plan, the results of the observations made to teachers on their performance in the classroom have been used as references; as well as the results of the discussion groups and in-depth interviews carried out with the teachers, identifying that there is an inadequate orientation for the implementation of the didactic approaches and processes of the curricular areas of the National Curriculum, in addition it is appreciated that there is limited monitoring and accompaniment and limited collegiate work; that is, that there is evidence of inadequate curricular management for the implementation of the competency-based approach of the National Curriculum; In this sense, the analyzes of the conceptual and theoretical referents have been carried out and the implementation of a Professional Learning Community is proposed, which strengthens the pedagogical leadership of the manager and the reflection of managers and teachers on pedagogical practice.

With the formulation of the plan, it has been possible to recognize the importance of the diagnosis to identify the problematic situations of EI, its causes and consequences; and we are invited to propose solutions and implement a plan that clearly contains what is intended to be achieved to overcome existing problems and foresee the tasks (activities and actions) that will be taken into account according to a schedule. In this sense, this plan commits the manager to its execution.
