The sample with which we worked is made up of primary level teachers. This study has a practical impact on educational activity, contributing with relevant information that will serve as a critical, reflective and action instrument in the pedagogical work of teachers, managers and schoolchildren to promote an alternative solution to the problem posed. Likewise, it allowed the design of a pertinent, viable, innovative action plan based on the principles of the logic of educational scientific research to contribute to the solution of the identified problem and will contribute to the improvement of educational quality with an impact on the local environment. and of the region. The present work conforms to applied qualitative research with a participatory action research design. The observation sheet, questionnaire with open questions and field notebook were used as an instrument for collecting information. It is concluded in a global way that the majority of teachers do not adequately manage the didactic processes for the resolution of mathematical problems. And they show ignorance and have little management of these processes in their pedagogical practice.
