The present work of professional sufficiency aims to design a didactic proposal for the development of communication skills in second-year high school students of a public educational institution in Miraflores, Lima. For this, it is based on the Humanist Sociocognitive Paradigm, a union of other paradigms: cognitive, the representatives being Jean Piaget, David Ausubel and Jerome Bruner; the sociocultural paradigm with Lev Vygotsky and Reaven Feuerstein; and Robert Sternberg (triarchic theory of intelligence), Martiniano Román and Eloísa Diez (Theory of Intelligence). Through this proposal, the student is related to competences, capacities, skills and values; To achieve a training, integrate and integrate with the demands of today's society, socializing what has been learned with others, and responding to the imperative educational need in this 21st century or knowledge society. Finally, this proposal is developed in three chapters: first, the planning of work of professional sufficiency, the second the theoretical framework and as the last chapter the curricular programming
