The Action Plan that I present was prepared at the same time that the second specialty studies in school management with pedagogical leadership lasted. The problematic situation found, referring to the low results in text comprehension of the students of the Educational Institution Nº 34004 "Lorenzo Rockovich Minaya" of the district of Chaupimarca, province and region of Pasco, tends to its implementation through a Plan of Improvement of the curricular management, with the respective monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of the same. The nature that gives rise to the problematic situation is not foreign to me in the managerial position, because somehow these and other problems exist in every educational institution. This motivates me to face and propose an alternative solution, which I hope to have the pleasure of saying task accomplished. The methodology used in this Plan is the type of research "applied educational research", it is the type of research in which the problem is established and is known by me. Design is research - participatory action, it encompasses two processes: knowing and acting. It compromises in both the population that is taken into account. Instruments such as checklist, observation record, observation guide, field diary, structured interview, anecdotal record and student evaluation records were applied. One of several lessons learned is that collaborative work is of vital importance in the construction of instruments that allow the collection of accurate information.
