The objective of this work is to develop strategies in the management curriculum to strengthen competencies in the entrepreneurship approach in the teachers of the Educational Institution "Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes" of the province and department of Huánuco, which will be developed in the same institution that remains in Jirón Prolongación Ayancocha No. 147, the direct beneficiaries are 20 teachers, 8 hierarchical, 4 directors, 60 students, indirect beneficiaries are students and parents and the community; the instruments used will be survey, checklist, assessment scale, at the end of the experience you will have teachers, students with an entrepreneurial culture, generating their own businesses and savings, participating in exhibitions and fairs, collaborative agreements with institutions to develop innovation processes and increase capacities. Collaborative attitudes allow innovative processes to be obtained more quickly, by having the advantages offered by a greater number of knowledge-generating agents, which cause greater productivity by working in sync. However, to carry out collaborative work it is necessary to establish very defined strategies. (Mathison, 2007).
