In short, this Action Plan is of a qualitative type, its objective is to improve the levels in the achievement of the Reading Comprehension competence. The in-depth interview was designed and applied to a sample of teachers; in order to identify their perception about the management of strategies to raise the levels of achievement in understanding in the I.E. I. No. 34460 “José Olaya Balandra”. Acobamba Huariaca. The director is the main person in charge of curricular management, he is the one who trains leaders within the institution. The teachers show enthusiasm in their pedagogical work in their classroom, surpassing better learning in the students. The professional learning communities are a strategy that will allow teachers to work on overcoming learning through transformational leadership, teamwork, and professional growth. In conclusion, it is essential to work teachers in turn, they work with the students reading comprehension, since this will allow them to read with a critical, reflective sense, that they are able to express their opinion about what they read, thus allowing them to be competent in the society in which they live.
