The objective of this action plan is to "Improve curricular management to strengthen the use of ICT in teachers at the primary level of the I.E.P.S.N° 0412 of Tocache". The participating public are teachers at the Primary level, who are mostly appointed, all of them graduates, but who do not use the technologies in the development of the learning sessions. The institution serves a total of 780 students willing to use ICT in their learning. The study design is Participatory Action Research. According to Roberts, as cited in Hernández et al (2014, p. 501) "In these designs a problem is solved or changes are implemented, but one or several researchers and participants or members of the community intervene in a more collaborative and democratic way involved”. The instruments used to carry out this plan were the interview with primary level teachers and the monitoring sheets applied in the classroom. When conducting the interview, the little mastery of new technologies in teachers was taken as evidence of results, reaching the following conclusions: conduct training workshops on the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in the development of the learning sessions, carry out constant monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of classroom teachers and carry out GIA (Inter-Learning Groups) on planning and updating teachers.
