When referring specifically to curricular planning, I refer to the set of practices and knowledge that occur among those who participate in educational processes in order to build knowledge, this action plan is intended to reverse the problem, its objective is to: Design the plan to improve the management of Accompaniment to strengthen the performance of the pedagogical practice of teachers in the proper management of curricular planning, with the participation of 1 Directors, 1 administrative, 12 teachers, 317 students. The research design is participatory action, of an applied educational type and with a qualitative approach; The instrument that was used to collect information was the interview guide, which after being organized is established in the foundation of our report, the results obtained show us that the didactic processes are not relevant in the development of the learning sessions. , implementing for this an alternative solution that allows us to face the identified problem, through the "Accompaniment Management Improvement Plan", is focused on the development of teachers' capacities, to strengthen curricular management. Finally, this plan will help teachers to improve their performance through accompaniment.
