The pedagogical proposal to be developed proposes to design a didactic proposal for the development of communicative competencies in the area of communication in fifth grade students of the educational institution of Estrella, Barranca, Datem del Marañón, Loreto. Based on the theories of three great psychologists: Jean Piaget with his Theory of the Stages of Cognitive Development, Lev Vygotsky with his theory of the socio-cultural Paradigm and David Ausubel with his theory of Meaningful Learning, in this pedagogical proposal, the student associates his abilities, skills, abilities and competencies to acquire new knowledge, also practice values, apply them within their context and thus socialize to reach a good understanding, in the first chapter we have the Situational Framework in which the current context of the educational institution is shown: diagnosis and characteristics , objectives of the work of professional sufficiency, in the second chapter we have the Theoretical Framework, where we find the Pedagogical Principles: Piaget's Theory , Vygotsky and Ausubel, finally the pedagogical proposal and curricular programming.
