The present research work proposes a set of actions framed within the curricular management, through the implementation of a monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation plan, which arises as a consequence of the ignorance of the area approach that inevitably leads to low performance. reality that is to be reversed with this plan, whose title is Curricular Management through the implementation of the Monitoring, Accompaniment and Evaluation Plan in the area of Science, Technology and Environment at the secondary level in the Sebastián Barranca Educational Institution in the province of Camaná – Arequipa”, which has the participation of the Management Team, area teachers, coordinators, strength teacher and UGEL specialists. The method used is descriptive - purposeful. The design is participatory action research. For the elaboration of the plan, an unstructured guide, a monitoring file, a GIA file, and a field notebook have been required, which have made it possible to carry out the diagnosis, identify the problem and formulate the alternative solution. The lessons learned are related to the need to consolidate Directive Leadership and the importance of curricular management and monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation for the improvement of teaching practice and, therefore, of learning. Something that is also necessary to mention as a lesson learned is the teacher's availability to undertake challenges hand in hand and with the leadership of the Director.
